first failure of any kind. I want to thank you for the very fast

I called Jeff this AM and was told that a replacement hard drive would
be sent out right away. I just want to thank you for the great service,
it is all that I could ask for.
It is a pleasure doing business with you and I will certainly buy

| This is basically a fan letter.
We are a small independent company in a area where we compete directly against companies owned by Bill Gates and the Getty family. We don't have endlessly deep pockets for IT budgets, so it is essential that we combine ingenuity and opportunity to purchase used reliable equipment. A number of months ago I got a back up tape system from you.
Yesterday it happened, two drives in two seperate mirrored arrays crashed. The backup tape system I got from you saved the day and I was able to restore data.
I simply could not have afforded to have purchased this piece of equipment had it not been for Auctiondepot.

| The drive arrived yesterday and it is now installed. Although being IBM branded to replace the genuine Compaq drive, it does provide the same features (UDMA support) as the dead drive and so I am very happy.Shopping with you was a great experience, minor problems fixed quickly. The only downside is that you ship faster than you notify / respond to emails... Well, not really a downside, when I think about it ! :-) Keep up the good work. Thank you for everything.

| I received the computer I bid on, and I am EXTREMLY satisfied with my purchase through your company. I did have a lot of problems with UPS, whereas items I ordered through other companies shipped through FedEx came a lot quicker - but this isn't your fault whatsoever. UPS simply doesn't provide good customer service, I suppose you get what you payed for. It would be nice if you offered shipping via FedEx or another company as well. All in all, I'm very satisfied with my item, so much that I've bid on two other items and hope to receive them just as well. Thanks and keep up the amaizing work, |

| You may recall that I emailed you last week regarding my winning bid on amonitor, your site, bidding, etc. I was going to wait until such time as Iwanted to have the shipment of my Digital 17" monitor tracked beforethanking you for taking the time to make such a comprehensive personalreply to my message, but the monitor arrived this afternoon! I wasprepared for it to languish in Customs for a while and to take its sweettime getting here after clearance, so to say I was rather surprised to seeit today is a bit of an understatement. Wonderful service - thank you verymuch. The monitor is all hooked up and working fine, but now I will haveto upgrade my video card to fully utilize its capabilites. This is not abad thing. Even though it came with no manual, the adjustment controlswere very easy to figure out; now I have the picture maximized and it isindeed beautiful. Again, thank you very much for your fine service. I will keep an eye onthe Auction Depot for my next purchase and will also spread the wordaround. I am indeed a very satisfied customer. |
